Professional Interior Photography for Guest Houses, Bed and Breakfasts, Restaurants and Hotels. Based in Kendal and available throughout the North West.
Each room is taken with care, firstly lights turned on for atmosphere and items smoothed/straightened. Following this the bathroom is taken. Then to finish the room those photographs are accompanied by creative shots.
- 1 to 2 hours in your Guest House or Hotel, more if over 9 rooms.
- Viewable photos straight after the shoot via my iPad, so you can check if you want something changing before I leave.
- Photos delivered on CD after they have all be developed. For use anywhere you would like.
- Areas Included at the moment are: Kendal, Windermere, Bowness, Staveley, Grasmere, Keswick, Ings, Penrith, Carlisle, Lancaster, Oxenholme and Troutbeck. If you are in another area, contact me know and I’ll see if I can get to you.
- Photos for use on facebook or other social networks available within 2 working days of the photographs being taken.
- External, dining rooms and other rooms count as rooms so will apply to the pricing.
- I use a professional Canon camera and lenses. An Apple Macintosh of for fast post retouching and enhancement.
- I have both public liability and indemnity insurance.

Totally brilliant! Everything about James’s photography experience exceeded my expectations.
The best thing about it of course is that James produced the most amazing photos of our B&B rooms, which we could immediately share with all our far flung friends and family on facebook and more importantly on our website / google places / literature / business cards / marketing etc.
James and his assistant turned up with bags of expensive looking equipment and lighting and set straight to work. They spent at least an hour and a half perfecting all the shots. They moved the furniture around to ensure better picture composition/layout and added the odd prop to give the photos more character. Of course they also left the rooms exactly as they found them!
After all the photos had been taken, it was fab to be able to see them all, immediately on James’s iPad. I couldn’t wait to receive the files and I didn’t have to wait long. Within 24 hours I had low res photos emailed to me and within a couple of days I was able to download the high resolution shots.
I think that James’s service offers fantastic value for money and we’ve already ear-marked him for some family shots later in the year!
